Order Fulfillment

Due to our remote location and recent changes to carrier policy, all orders will be fulfilled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, whichever comes soonest, 8am - 5pm. If you require expedited fulfillment, please reach out to us here and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

Average delivery time is 3-5 business days after leaving our facility, depending on your chosen delivery location.

Carriers

We currently offer and UPS and USPS to deliver our orders within the USA.

Tracking

Once your product ships, we will update your order with tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates

We offer $18.00 flat-rate shipping per case for orders in the USA.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
